Assignment 3: Explore and Experiment

The progress of our ideas are going quite well. We have changed and tweeked some, but have tried sticking as close to our original ideas as possible to not make it more difficult for ourselves. For example, instead of going for a narrative about world-wide issues, our artist has gone for a more personal approach towards issues, like things that have happened in his life.

We have found our work to be quite similar to the song Where is the Love? by The Black Eyes Peas. The narrative is quite different, but in our artist's lyrics, he still presents an issue. Other connections our things such as the urban look to both our artist and The Black Eyes Peas. Both have gone for an emotional, yet urban/street-like way of presenting what their songs our about.
